252wheelieking Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 I need some opinions on which line would be the best to install a inline temp guage, so I could get the best results on my engine temp. I assume that it would be the outlet hose from the head to the radiator, but could also be wrong. All suggestion are appreicated. Quote

jbooker82 Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 you could always put it a little closer to the radiator in the upper radiator hose. Make it so you can see it through one of the vent holes in the gas tank cover on the RH side. Quote
robert.b.west Posted January 7, 2011 Report Posted January 7, 2011 I have one about 4" from the outlet of the head. Works good. I just lean over and look at it evey once in a while. Quote
