bubbasbanshee355 Posted December 22, 2010 Report Posted December 22, 2010 Hey guys, a buddy of mine called me from out of state today to ask a question I personally didn't feel comfortableanswering so i figured I would ask you guys. A buddy of his just picked up a 98 banshee with a .040 bore, a +4mm 115mm long rod stroker ,woods porting, and timing advance plate. He has an extra set of carb off an Arctic Cat ZR440 Sno pro(2001 I think he said) and wanted to know if he could replace the stock carbs with the sno pro carbs. I have never heard of anyone doing this and didn't want to give him bad advice so i told him I would get back to him after i checked with the experts, so what do you guys think? Please let me know because it would be intresting to see it work. thanks. Quote

Larry's Shee Posted December 23, 2010 Report Posted December 23, 2010 As long as he has boots to fit , can figure out what he needs for a cable , plug any oil injection port, install new float needles as sleds use a pump and 'shee is gravity fed. Other than that a carb is a carb. Quote
armyvet Posted February 15, 2011 Report Posted February 15, 2011 a lot if not most sleds that arent fuel injected use a different slide number than motorcycle/atv applications.sleds work in cooler temps, but surely they can be rejetted Quote
