The coolhead I bought had a slight burr (I'm guessing it happened in shipping but not sure) where it mounts to the cylinder so I emailed him. I was kinda worried I would end up having to take the burr off myself and then it wouldn't seat properly, without hesitation he wrote back to send it and he would make it right because he wanted to make me happy and the transaction right. I couldn't of asked for more, I got kick ass parts and I know he stands by his product. He made me a customer for life and I will recommend his products to everyone, great prices, great quality, and a great guy. Quote
