So Cal Suspension Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 Do you always start it cold, and immediately rev it to the moon? Make sure you take note of the motor builders on this site, as I think you'll be needing them soon. Your plastics look stock in the video... Maybe take some better pictures of them. I'm having trouble deciphering exactly what you're asking. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted December 9, 2010 Report Posted December 9, 2010 Thought the same thing when I saw it yesturday. Really shouldn't free rev it like that even warmed up. JMHO, your results may vary!! Quote

toomeysgoroom Posted December 9, 2010 Author Report Posted December 9, 2010 So what's the second reason? sorry and second it got to meet the rest of the family of bikes in our toy hauler Quote
jasons Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 Looks like fullbores to me but they look like who ever owned them cut them for a desert tank and then decided they didnt like it and tried to put a stock gas tank cover on it with radiator cover. you can tell by the side mounts and the nose. Maier plastics dont look like that either and obivisouly stock doesnt look like that either. Quote
Jereme6655 Posted December 10, 2010 Report Posted December 10, 2010 okay....you should not RUN the fuel out of your tank.......when you do that you wind up starving the motor for both fuel and oil. This CAUSES your bike to run lean and you will damage your motor! Quote
