kpennepacker
Looking at set of stock stroke cheetah cylinders. What do I need to run these. Will the modquad head on my cylinders work with these. Will the stock crank work and will the the v-force and stock style intakes still bolt up. Also what pistons do I need to run. i need a little teaching.
hercalmighty
Are you talking Cheetah Cubs or Cheetahs

hercalmighty
Yes you can use your head, intakes, and v-force reeds. You will need to get different domes and you might want to get your crank trued and welded. As far as pistons go it depends on what size bore the cylinders are
kpennepacker
Well i have a crank seal leaking so I was going to do a tear down and have the crank rebuilt and trued and welded. I wasn't sure if it was a standard wiesco piston or a special one like the 795series for stroker cranks.
kpennepacker
So i just bought 68mm pistons on my stock cylinders and hace less than 5hrs on them. If i bought a 68x54 cheetah kit I could put my pistons in my crank and head. So basically i could just swap my cylinders to the cubs.
