Braap_a_Banshee Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 i have been running the same k&ns abnd outerwears for about 7 years now and i have had no issues. Quote
Larry's Shee Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Have you been oiling the K&N properly? Quote
fastquad02blaster Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 Your filters shouldn't have caused you those issues, If they were oiled correctly or at all. I've had really good luck with kandn stuff. Quote
06specialedition Posted September 29, 2010 Report Posted September 29, 2010 I've always ran K&N's with no air box...no problems at all. Just keep them really clean. Quote
BKCBANSHEE04 Posted September 30, 2010 Author Report Posted September 30, 2010 yeah i keep them clean and oiled. i figured they didnt cause the problems, i just heard foam pod filters were better when in the dirt i have foam on my wifes blaster and it works good it just seems like the k&n's would last longer. thanks for all the input Quote
