first thing would be check your plugs, also check to make sure your floats arent stuck

Welcome to BHQ!! A little more info would be helpful. Does it not rev up at all, or bogs at certain part of powerband? Did you change something and now it does it? My guess is TORS or parking brake. Do a search for removal .
