Do not ever buy from Verde Powersports!

Ok so I purchased some shock covers for my Honda 400ex and YFZ 450 from Verde Powersports. They sent me two sets for a 400ex so I sent one back after contacting there sales rep and notifying him of the problem. They never refunded me and have been impossible to deal with. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and still have not been refunded. It has been a year now and I have decided to give up. I will never purchase from Verde again

While we appreciate the heads up on bad customer service, and new members, it's fairly evident that you joined this site just to post this. Maybe some other info would be good. Where are they from? Are they a brick and mortar store? or just online?

I googled them. It appears that they only sell shock covers, graphics kits, and seat covers... I probably never would have purchased from them in the first place... http://www.verdepowersports.com/ Also, I can't find anywhere on their site that says they are a member of the BBB. That could be why you never got a response. Did you pay with a credit card? It's probably too late now, but you can ALWAYS file a claim with your credit card company, ESPECIALLY if you returned the merchandise and never got a refund.

I bought my gripper seat cover from there booth at Sandfest at coos bay a few years ago. They were great to talk to in person, scored me a great deal, and the cover still looks new to this day.

I ordered a seat cover from them. It took 5 months to get. Then, to matters worse. The stiching started ripping after a year.

I doubt we're getting the whole story. Sounds like someone trying to stir up shit. Joins the site, makes a shitty post, and probably never to be seen, or heard from again...
