need jetting help asap

I need a idea where to start on my jetting. 421 cub, 35.5 mikuni's, shearer in frame drag pipes,vforce 3 reeds, 18cc domes, I am at sea level right now winshesterbay,or. Bike was jetted for 4000' elevation and has 300 mains ib now. Any help would be great.

Your not that far off my buddy has the same set up at 4000' and he runs 310 I would say drop it to 290 for the elevation change and plug check.
