I want to build a banshee engine that has factory cylinders but has some big power. Have any of you guys herd of punching out the sleeves and having the cylinders nikisiled, for big bore applications? it sounds like an interestin concept and i'd like to try it, any help would be appreciated!

You can buy Big Bore jugs ready to go ranging from 66-68mm. They look factory from the outside.

If you want to use oem cylinders, i suggest a good port job on as standard of a size bore as you can find. I wouldnt waste time with big bore sleeves in an oem cylinder. They take volume away from the transfer area. I would go aftermarket cylinder. I dont know about the vitos but the cp cylinders have proven themselves.
