No clutch

I was riding this past weekend and missed third gear pretty hard on the shee. When I was riding back to the truck I went to pull the clutch lever and I had no tension. I know I need to pull the clutch cover off to see exactly whats wrong but just wanted to see if you guys have a idea of what it may be before I dig into this thing

You said it yourself. You need to pull the clutch cover out. Well, first check for a broken cable.....

Also check where cable attaches to top of engine case.

When I pull the clutch lever I can see the other end of the cable move. I'm gonna tear it apart tonight and see what's wrong. I hope nothing major but.....

It's the same feeling i had when i welded my ball to the shaft.

 

Pull the clutch cover off to see what is wrong. Worse case scenario, time to split the cases.

 

Great time for a pancake bearing no matter what is wrong.

Once you figure it out let me know..I have the same issue. There is absolutely nothing there when i pull the clutch lever

I pulled the cover off and looks like the clutch is gone!!! One ride on a new clutch! Buddy of mine is gonna check it to make sure it's really bad
