drap660 Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 I have a set of 39mm pwk Im running on a 10mm cub. The needles that came with the carbs say H9C. I have heard that different needles make a difference. Which needles should I be running? Quote
STINKYDELUXE Posted July 7, 2010 Report Posted July 7, 2010 I ran a CCK or CEK (I can't remember which but they are only 1 off) on my 10 mil super and later switched to a 10 mil cheetah and it was still good, that is running 110 Octane. Quote

badassbanshee479 Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 are these gravity fed or pumper carbs? sounds like you have pumper carb needles in them... are you running gas or alky? Quote
drap660 Posted July 12, 2010 Author Report Posted July 12, 2010 running gas. Gravity fed, no pumps. Quote
badassbanshee479 Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 CEL Needles worked the best for me on gas..... and EGN needles seem to work the best on alky... for me anyway. Quote
sleeper06 Posted July 12, 2010 Report Posted July 12, 2010 On gas I was told by jeff the needles that come with the 39mm pwks are not ghanged out I left them alone and they are perfect Quote
drap660 Posted July 12, 2010 Author Report Posted July 12, 2010 hmmmm, I could have sworn Jeff told me to swap them out... I could be wrong though. Thanks for the help guys Quote
