rubeat Posted July 3, 2010 Report Posted July 3, 2010 I went and picked up a 2004 yfz today with a broken rod.So now begins my yfz shee build ive read on here and other places on net about other guys doing so here it goes.I will try to post picks as i put it together.I'm going to try and put the pipes on without cutting them up to fit. I will cut the frame and move bars instead if possible. If anybody has any input go ahead and speak up.Everything but the pipe fitting looks fairly easy.I will post a few pics later tonite with donor pics. Larry's Shee Posted July 4, 2010 Report Posted July 4, 2010 Either get a tube notcher or at least use a good hole saw to cut the fish mouth on tubes , or use a grinder. Take your time , measure TWICE , cut once. There was a thread on here of someone who did this. Good luck, keeep us posted. Quote
