Bleeding Front Brakes

I put some new stainless steel brake lines and new pads on my front brakes and now I cannot get them to work.

I have tried reverse bleeding, followed the manual, everything, but I cannot build up any pressure in the brake lever.

Is there some trick to this that someone can share. Thanks.
