most likely your carbs are out of sync. pull the air filter off and open the throttle(when it's not running) and see if they open at the exact same time.

On stock carbs their is a site hole in the rite side and a small hole in the slide when the throttle is wide open the hole's in the slides should line up with the site holes.

My right slide (kick start side) opens slightly b4 the other side when u barely push the throttle

Turn off your fuel remove your filter so you can see the slides. Look in the peep hole on right side of carbs open full throttle you should see a mark in the peep hole on both carbs. If not adjust the cable on top of carb untill both are visable. This will get you close.

Thanks everyone I just got it synced. Just waitin for the rain to stop so I can try it out. How do I check to make sure the idle screws r the same? Turn them all the way in on both carbs then turn them the same amount of turns?

I got the slides opening the same but can't see anything in the round glass piece at full throttle.

You prob have the slides in the wrong carbs if you dont see the mark. i did this when i installed the tors removal on mine. As for the idle you can try adjusting like you said but it depends on if both carbs were modified exactly the same when adding the idle screw.
