Splitting cases

I am thinking of maybe stroking my shee but I am really intimidated by opening the cases. Im afraid ill open it and parts will fall everywhere and ill be f**ked. It seems like a lot of people have done it. Does anyone have some instructions with pictures or anything like that?

Its VERY easy, nothing will fly out and bite you Here is a walk through with pics. Follow it. Also grab your self a Clymers manual for the Banshee it's very helpful, complete tear down and rebuild.

But again, grab your self a Clymers (there cheap and GREAT to have) but if you do have a question or run into a problem which you wont, just holler!

Go for it. The clymers manual has step by step instructions with pictures.

Nitrotate was also selling a how to video that showed how to do it. That with the Clymers manual would make it alot less intimidating I think.

That is the cleanest Banshee I've ever seen. I tried everything to get my cases to look that good and got no where near that.

A dremel with a stainless wire wheel will shine your cases up just like that. Depending on how bad your cases are to start with, you will need at least two or three to get the job done.

Thanks tons of help, I have a clymer but its from 88 so the pictures are kind of hard to make out. That dunereview link is great though
