Need help getting started with jetting

Hi. I just recently rebuilt my motor. put a +4 mil crank in it and got a noss head with stroker domes and put a +1 mil larger piston in it. i need to know where to start with the carbs... when i opened up the carb the needle stuk inthe jet and i noticed the tip oftheneedle was broken off... also i noticed that there are two different piolet jets in each carb... what needles and pilots should i try ? also right now there is 230 mains in it... it has mikuni carbs....28mm i beleive... any help will be greatly appreaciated. thanks.

need to know ur altitde ?what air filter ur running? prob what carbs, im sure somone will ring in and get u close
