Powdercoating Shocks

I am curious as if it is possible to powdercoat stock shocks, not the springs but the actual shocks themselves. I am wondering if the oven does damage or if it can handle the heat? Anybody have experience with this? Thanks

It will def destray thr components of the shock. Never hears ff anyone powder coating a actual shock.
