When taking the rings out the top ring came out easily but the bottom ring on both cylinders didn't move freely and was kinda stuck a little bit? Is that normal?

Didn't seem normal. Didn't know if it was because they had gotten too hot or something.

Prolly just carbon or something. Soak em in diesel or kerosene for a day or two then wire brush out your groove.

wire brush on the piston? not sure i'd be doin that, when chemicals, like intake cleaner work wonders

Break one of the old rings in half, use that to scrape the ring land clean.

Probably just carboned up a bit.

Mass air flow sensor cleaner reall cuts shit, but pricey, CRC MAF cleaner $8 local to me

I think I got a can of that and I only used it like once. I'll try that.

yah, i only use that for one thing, since it's made not to harm the maf, but the throttlebody and intake cleaner is stronger and cheaper....
