Where to buy needle 'e' clips

In the process of going through my PWK28 carbs i noticed the "e" clips are rather ragged and need to be replaced. no one locally can get them that small. anyone know of a place to find them?

i got an assortment from oreilly auto parts with everything from big all the way down to some that are smaller than the ones on the needles. i would think any napa or carquest would have them also.
