drbanshee Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 I have a 4mil banshee with 19cc domes, stock cylinder port and polished 64mm pistons, 35mm mikuni carbs, v-3 reeds, and a pro design coolhead. I'm running 91 octain gas, I was wondering if I could run 110 without hurting my motot? The attitude is 4500 to 4700 ft. Thanks Quote
crustydemon Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 The 110 wont hurt anything and I'd say you should be running a 50/50 blend of the 91 and 110 anyway with the 19cc domes. Quote
jbooker82 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 You can run race fuel with stock banshee head / compression. It wont hurt anything but you wont see any performance gain. If your going to spend the cash to buy 110 octane fuel then why not buy smaller domes to make it worth it. Your just wasting your money buying 110 when you only need 91. So if you want to run 110 then buy smaller domes to reep the benifits of running race fuel. Quote
