JasonsBanshee Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 What do you think? The smoke ring is right at 2mm. It feels like it's rich on the low end but the top end screams. Quote
GrMeyer Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 Looks good. Try moving the needle clip up one to help lean it out on the bottom end if you thing your running rich down low. Quote
JasonsBanshee Posted March 17, 2010 Author Report Posted March 17, 2010 Yea, I was going to start there and see what that does. I may end up dropping one on the pilot too. Here's my current settings 4 mil stroker with aggressive dune port from FAST (20 over) CPI inframes 35mm PWK with CEL needles, clip dropped one from the middle position, 165 main jets, 52 pilots, air screws 1 turn out from seated K&N pods plus 4 timing V force 3 reeds Boss intake Noss head- 20cc domes @ 185 psi 800 feet above sea level, 60-60 degrees out Quote
GrMeyer Posted March 17, 2010 Report Posted March 17, 2010 I would leave the Pilots due to that fact that your only one turn out from fully seated. Just try turning counter clock to lean it out. But that will only be from idle-1/4 throttle that the air screws and pilots effect. Quote
JasonsBanshee Posted March 17, 2010 Author Report Posted March 17, 2010 Hey man thanks a lot for the help! It's always nice when someone chimes in with a no bull and to the point answer! So I'll get out there and back the air screws off 1/2 turn at a time. I'm also going to raise the clip one notch to lean out the mids a tad. Quote
