pwk 28mm jetting

Im new to this forum and figured I would check with some people on here about what jetting i need. I just got these pwk 28mm carbs and really dont know where to start. Any help would be awesome. Here is a list of mods i have bills pipes, boysen reeds and 1/2 inch spacers, head shaved .020 ,aluminum airbox w/o lid, I run 32:1 mix, has stock porting and is bored .10 over, my elevation is between 400 and 600 feet and the temp is anywhere from 70- 90 when i ride .

i would start with a 48 pilot and 162 main. needle in the middle. air screw .5 to 2 turns out.

 

you will probably have to lean down from there considering your temps are so high, but this will be a safe starting point.

 

get it idling well first. then do a WOT plug check and see if the mains are close. white = lean, black = rich and tan = right on..

 

then once you set all that, you can set your air screw to get your throttle response spot on.
