Are you wa out of adjustment? When I first got my shee the previous owner had stripped the adjuster out and it had no tension so I bought a new one and it fixed the problem. When changing the clutches out I didnt torque the nut down on the adjuster and it backed out and caused no tension again. Tore it down and found the nut hiding out and torqued it down and has been great since. Take the inner hub out pull out the adjuster and see if the ball will come out of the hole in the middle. Be careful because it can easily slip out and roll away.

I had a clutch put in about two months ago and it rode good for five weeks. Then one day i went out and seems like i only had 4 gears it would shift into 5 nor 6 ,so i turn around to come back home and ,bam there was no more clutch. The four wheeler has been sitting for a couple of weeks .so i went out and yesterday and played with the shift lever, and its going in all the gears now.The only problem now is there no tension on crankcase lever nor the clutch lever .Can some tell where to start looking for the problem.because this is my first banshee.
