crashquad Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 Hey guys. Just got some FMF sst pipes and they look good but dont work very well for the hill shooting I like to do. Great in the diunes but not the hill.. Also wanting to do a lockout clutch setup. If anyone has some toomey T5 pipes or a lockout for a good price or trade for the sst's I would appreciate it. I am in vegas. Thanks! Quote
captainhowdie Posted February 14, 2010 Report Posted February 14, 2010 Dont think your gonna want t5's for hillshooting. There more of a "hot woods" pipe. I would go with cpi's or shearers. Also you really dont need a lockout unless your running 100+hp. I dont even run one on my 421 cub and i have never haad a problem. Unless you just want the look. Quote
alf44 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Posted February 15, 2010 $375 shipped for a polished lockout with choice of lens and lockout color. Pm me if interested. Quote

Captainhowdie, pardon me for not agreeing with you but I have built some awesome, fast and reliable stock 350's with good porting to match t5's that hung in there with 4mils racing at the hill, lock out is a good choice, it keeps him from burning up that many more clutches while learning the holeshots, and do not forget a pancake bearing, by the way, Awesome Shee... I totally understand, I ran t5's on a few different banshee's that i have owned and i was verry happy with them, but there no shearer. I dont know what setup he's running, but if its just a stock 350 with some bolt ons there is no way he needs a lockup. All he needs is a F.A.S.T clutch kit with some hd springs. Theres no way hes gonna burn that clutch up unless he doesnt have it adjusted right or doesnt know how to ride. (not saying he dont) Quote
spooled Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 I've got a set of chrome t5's I would sell. 275 shipped. PM me if you want pics. They're in good shape, no dents chrome in good shape but not perfect. Quote
