colby72olds Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 I have 34mm PJ's and I'm unsure about which ones to order. I'm looking on http://jetsrus.com/main_page.htm and have no idea which jets will fit the PJ's. My Banshee has been running for about six months and I still haven't dialed in the jets. Honestly, I have no idea what size jets I even need. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. Mods are: Milled head .0030 Drag port (no actual info about it though) +4 timing VF3 reeds K&N Pod filters Stock stroke crank Rocket inframe drag pipes 34mm PJ carbs Billett intakes I'm a newbie and have never rejetted anything before. All I know is this jet in the middle (main jet I assume) is a 152 And my plugs look like its running rich, and I have oil at the end of the silencers. I've researched jetting a little bit but I still dont understand what people mean when they say what "clip" their carbs are set on. Any help would be awesome Quote
gst_r Posted January 30, 2010 Report Posted January 30, 2010 you have similar mods as me, i am at sea level, my mains are 160, the needle clip on the middle, my pilots are 55 but i guess they are a little bit rich, the clip means the clip from the needle....the needle that is attached to the slides... colby72olds Posted January 31, 2010 Author Report Posted January 31, 2010 Thanks man. I guess I'll start at that. Does the higher the number mean it's getting richer? Quote
gst_r Posted February 1, 2010 Report Posted February 1, 2010 Yes, a higher number means a richer main or pilot.... Quote
