hey guys love the fourm, learning tons, i just got my first banshee, its all stock, i got alot of plans for it but not the cash flow... i'm planning on doing the +4 timing and was thinking about a coolhaed with 20cc domes, i ride on my farm, trails alot and in the dunes now and then. i really want t-5's but just cant drop the money right now. would it do anything if i buy the sliencers now, and buy the pipes later? i really want the sound. but i think i might just wait till the summer when i get working again.

thanks guys

Buy the whole kit at once. Advance the timeing to +4 like you said and get a coolhead. Im running a smokin deal on a complete coolhead setup. Check it out in the sponsor spotlight section. $225 shipped with domes and all hardware. Special ends Sunday

Look the 4-sale section every now and then. I found my used T5´s there 225,- and they were in good shape.

There is sometimes pipe sets even under 200,-

You can shave your stock head to give more compression. You can modify your stock timing plate to give that +4 timing.

I bought the Chariot timing plate because it was nice looking and the price wasn´t bad only 49,-.

yah, buy the pipes and silencers together........if you buy them used, the chambers and silencers should and almost always come as a set. don't forget to change the jetting for any intake or exhaust change, no matter how small.....
