The memory tests fine, then the hard drive test starts, but nothing happens. It stays at 00%. I have been told that the mother board is junk. Any other opinions? If it matters, it's running windows Vista home 64 bit. It could be a registry error, or a Vista error. Try wiping out the HD, and re-installing the the operating system.
