Aftermarket round carrier dimensions.

I have access to the equipment and the skills to make the carrier holder as well as Tig weld it, and the tightening sleeves to the stock swing-arm. What i need is the Outside Diameter Dimension and width so i can form the sheetmetal and then weld it all up.

Can anyone help me out?
