I kinda agree with Ban99. It is more family orianted, but it's just not the same as Glamis is. If you REALLY want to go to Glamis then you can still be safe. Just camp wash 14 and down. There are plenty of place to go ride where there isnt going to be a million retards.

I might have to make a trip to buttercup. I've been going to glamis my entire life, and can honestly say I've never been to Buttercup. For those that know the area. I come from Temecula, so I rarely make the journey south to the 8. Might have to head out the for a night trip during the summer!

It's not a bad area. Just smaller, with less options. It reminds me more of Dumont. Rollig dunes with a few bowls and then the flats on the Gordons Well side. The dunes are quite a bit smaller and not nearly as steep.

We're going to go to Glamis, thats what we want and thats what were going to do. I only work 3-4 months out of the year so I have plenty of options for when I can go, I'll just go when its not too busy.
