firing on one cylinder?

hey guys

 

first off my set up is an rz350, 2 into 1 intake (35pwk as), pro circuits, cool head with 20cc domes 150psi accel coil and zeeltronics pvcdi 10v and vforce3 reeds

 

ok whats happening is its on fresh bores, just rebuilt ive just started it to run it in and the right cylinder is running hot and the left is dead cold.. ive tried new plugs pulled the intake off reeds are fine it starts perfect and everything the spark plugs one is black and the other is dead white i cant understand what else it could be apart from a air leak...

 

one thing is when it gets revved both cylinders run hot so i dont know

 

ive just swapped from stock carbs and standard shaved head.. i got deto and blew a hole through the left side (the one that isnt firing or is running lean now)

 

any other ideas would be helpful as its annoy the sh$% out of me
