  1. hey guys first off my set up is an rz350, 2 into 1 intake (35pwk as), pro circuits, cool head with 20cc domes 150psi accel coil and zeeltronics pvcdi 10v and vforce3 reeds ok whats happening is its on fresh bores, just rebuilt ive just started it to run it in and the right cylinder is running hot and the left is dead cold.. ive tried new plugs pulled the intake off reeds are fine it starts perfect and everything the spark plugs one is black and the other is dead white i cant understand what else it could be apart from a air leak... one thing is when it gets revved both cylinders run hot so i dont know ive just swapped from stock carbs and standard shaved head.. i got deto and blew a hole through the left side (the one that isnt firing or is running lean now) any other ideas would be helpful as its annoy the sh$% out of me sorry for the queer post with everything everywhere cheers

  4. hey guys ive just got myself a 2 into 1 carb kit for the toy its come with a pwk 35 air striker im just clearing things up here but i need to get myself a eek or eel needle and around 190 main jet is this right (ill be getting a fair few around what is recommend) what about the pilot jetting though i think i saw around 50 but it was a bit rich??? ive done searches on the site but just need clearing im runnning rz350 cylinders with pro circuits,vf3,and 34 thou head but will be getting a cool head soon i believe im at roughly 38m (124ft) above sea level hope someone can help cos going from 2 carbs to 1 has made me lose track of how to jet cheers

  6. hey guys just wondering if there is any other type of cool head apart from the pro design cool head for the rz 350 cylinders... the water jackets are a different shape and apparently the banshee head wont seal im not really liking the pro design cos its a 2 piece and an you have to replace the studs also im at roughly 150ft above sea level with 98 octane gas and also 105 octane im thinking roughly 19cc domes for it i dont actually know even a ball park figure would be good... any help would be nice!!! cheers
  7. i think you will find the rz 350 has two primary windings/pick ups in there stators one for low rpm and one for high rpm the low rpm pickup has given up.. the banshee stator should work but i think you have to change the whole loom i cant rember sorry :sad:
