bigboybanshee Posted November 11, 2009 Report Posted November 11, 2009 Well of course anything will work if you make or modify something to make it work. I didn't have to modify anything, the pipes lined up great, no problems. Just had to cut two 2" long pieces of pipe to connect the female ends on both sets of pipes. You said they didn't line up at all, and that wasn't true. They actually line up pretty good. Just didn't want people to think that you couldn't put PT's with FMF silencers together, some folks take one person's opinion as fact without looking any further 1 Quote
jlevasseur Posted November 18, 2009 Report Posted November 18, 2009 well i found a set of Paul turner mid pipes, that dont come with any silencers, they are in good condition and they are chrome, unfortunatly i dont got any paul turner silencers, so i want thinking of combining them with my fmf power core 2 silencers, so is it a good combo? and what are the pro's and con's by combining them No real pro or cons on combining the two in my opinion. Might need to adjust the silencer stinger tube with a tube bender, maybe. the Paul turner pipes are a great low to mid range pipe. Cascade-innovation also sells some sould legal silencers for the paul turners if u r interested in going that route, but you don't have to. With a little work your combo will work just fine. Quote
