how do I set the idle on carbs with a tors eliminator kit

The brass screws on the side of the carbs with the jam nut,they raise the carb slides.

I bought a used set of carbs that has a tors eliminator kit and idle kit installed on them. Iam trying to find any information on setting the idle. thanks
