Fullthrottle02 Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 I have an HJR Dune/Play port, chariot cages with Boyesen 2 stage reeds, K&N filter in air box - no lid, T5's, and 28pwk's with 158 mains, N68a needle one position up from center, 50 pilots, air screws 1 1/2 turns out, elevation 1000-1500 ft My problem is its boggy from 1/4 to 1/2-3/4 throttle. Before the HJR port it had a clean up port and I was at 155 mains, needle in middle position, 50 pilots, air screws 1 1/2 turns out and it was a little fat through the mid range, but a had great responsive throttle at any point. I've been talking to Kevin @ HJR as well, just figured I'd put it out there for you guys that know more about jetting than I do for more opinions. Weather is suppose to be good this weekend and I plan on spending as much time as needed to fine tune it. Quote
SonOfSand Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 maybe richen up the needle one step. Quote
