Fullthrottle02 Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Buddy has a 96 that was running fine one day, parked it and now it wont rev up. It will still start, harder than usual though, but wont rev up. There is no TORS, checked ignition coil, wires, harness for loose or bad connections, cdi, carbs, reeds, you name it. I believe it has to be electrical. The only thing that hasn't been checked is the pickup coil on the stator which we will be checking tonight. Has anyone run into this problem, any other ideas on what it could be? Quote

You can also delete that switch by unplugging it in the harness. Brandon Quote
