ramnation Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 Hey everyone i finally left my four stroke behind for a banshee today. its an 02 with some work done to it. its been bored over, has fmf pipes blah blah. Its been running great all day and i let it sit for maybe an hour or so to change the rear brake shoes and now it will start and idle but it wont rev up. it just bogs down, i swapped plugs for new ones and it didnt help. i noticed the spark plugs were a gooey blackish color on the ends. any suggestions? thank in advance ramnation Quote

shawn941 Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 good point,,,i guess i was reffering to the way his spark plugs looked and forgot that it wouldnt rev,,,,,,,,,lol, my bad once you get it running right you should do a plug chop cause your plugs shouldnt look like what you described Quote
fastbanshee8 Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 If you still have the TORS, then unplug the black box underneath the left side of the gas tank. Quote
ramnation Posted September 5, 2009 Author Report Posted September 5, 2009 ok i'll try to disconnect the tors. if that doesnt cure it what should i try next? Quote
Drewski Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 un plug the parking brake connection Quote
sandman81 Posted September 5, 2009 Report Posted September 5, 2009 (edited) Yeah I think its your tors also, plug chop is pointless if the bike was running good before you mess with the brakes. Like fastbans said unplug the little black box. Edited September 5, 2009 by sandman81 Quote
