bansheemaniac1 Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 what good is the long vent hose that is taped to the short vent line that loops over the cap. it doesn't hook to anything does it? ie.the long one? Quote
hercalmighty Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 The A/S are suppose to be better at helping with bogging after jumps and whoops. The extra vents are to help with that. Also I think the A/S are suppose to be a little better throttle response but not 100% sure on that. Quote
J-Madd Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 I don't have a clue. I blocked them off on a set that I used to have. Quote
bansheemaniac1 Posted September 3, 2009 Author Report Posted September 3, 2009 i hope you all are understanding which ne i'm talking about. i've only seen this on the airstrykers. on the carb you've got the short tube that loops over the cap and plugs over a nipple on each side of the carb. but why is there a or suppose to be a longer hose taped to the looped one that's not even hooked to anything. it's just taped on???? hercalmighty Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 Alright man. Here is how the vents are suppose to go: The two vents that are on top that point up get a tube each and they loop over the carb and back down the opposite side. The two vents on the sides that point out each get a tube that just goes straight down. Then there is on vent off the bowl that gets a tube that goes straight down. Does that make sense to you? Quote
