revedup04 Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 its getting late so im going to make it short and sweet. it wont start, this is what i checked compression 120 on both sides,spark good on both sides, its getting fuel, reeds are good, and new plugs. the old plugs were soaked with gas when i removed them. what does this mean?anything else i should check? all advise is appreciated thanks Quote

revedup04 Posted August 21, 2009 Author Report Posted August 21, 2009 its a new stator maybe a month old. if the headlight start to light up when you kick it over doesnt that mean the stator is good? i will double check the pickup gap. thanks Quote
Larry's Shee Posted August 21, 2009 Report Posted August 21, 2009 Lighting coil is sepreate. I had to pull flywheel and clean poles on stator to get good spark. Quote

revedup04 Posted August 26, 2009 Author Report Posted August 26, 2009 I figured it out the exhaust pipes had about 1/2 gallon of gas in them. Dumped them out and it started right up. what would cause this? Quote

Dumped them out and it started right up. what would cause this? leaving the gas on? i know it can flood ur cylinders. i dont see why it wouldnt leak into the exhaust ports. Quote
