Alex29573 Posted August 6, 2009 Author Report Posted August 6, 2009 Ok, i got everything ordered except for the clutch basket. Im not sure if i should go OEM or the Magnum basket. I spoke with a couple of people in my area and they say that the screws that hold the gear to the back of the aftermarket billet baskets are a PITA and always get loose. they said to just stick with the OEM stuff that comes built already and lasts a real long time what do you guys think? BTW thanks to everyone who has helped, without this site i would have gotten raped at some mechanic shop... Quote
Alex29573 Posted August 6, 2009 Author Report Posted August 6, 2009 also, the manual i downloaded says that there is an O-ring that goes on the back of the clutch basket. My current basket didnt have the o-ring on it. the parts finder on Riva Yamaha doesnt show this O-ring, is it something i should worry about? Quote
