88e30is Posted July 12, 2009 Report Posted July 12, 2009 Drove 3 hours to pick up my new banshee. When I got there the guy could not get it to start. I kicked it over twice and it fired up but would only run on one cylinder. Pulled the plugs and found one had no spark. Went and picked up two new ones and put them in. Still the same problem. When it runs I can pull off one wire and nothing changes, pull off the other and it dies. Also when it is running and I grab the plug wire and wiggle it a bit it will shock me. Think this is a plug wire issue or coil issue? Also it has a ghetto modified cold air intake (will take pictures later) and need to replace that. Needs rear caliper and rotor Other then that its in decent shape. Traded for a 98 cr125r. Quote

Ok, I will grab a new set and see what that does. Also where I bought the quad they were at 1200 ft above sea level and I'm at about 800 ft Is that enough to have to change the jetting? Quote
88e30is Posted July 13, 2009 Author Report Posted July 13, 2009 Took off the plug boots and cleaned up the contacts. Put them back on, first kick and shes ready to rip. Runs great! Quote
