I use a heavy duty degreaser and let it sit for 15-20 then use a small wire brush the size of a tooth brush and scrub it all in. You can get them at any auto parts store for change. The n i just get my garden hose and wash it all off, works wonders!

 

I NEVER use a pressure washer on any of my toys, it will break seals and get into other places you don't want water too, plus if used close on plastics it fades them over time after a bunch of washes.
