shawn941 Posted June 19, 2009 Report Posted June 19, 2009 so i just figured out the valve in my stock petcock is not working. it turns kinda hard and i forgot to turn it on the other day and rode for like an hour,went to turn it off and noticed it was off! until i buy a new one will this hurt anything having the gas on continually? if anyones got one lemmee know or i'll just order one i guess,,,thanx in advance for any replies Quote

Keep an eye on it. Aside from being a potential fire hazard it wont hurt the bike. Quote

Aside from being a potential fire hazard it wont hurt the bike. they dont leak unless i tip the bike on the grab bar to load it in the truck,,i need to order one,,,, Quote
