Landbruiser Posted May 31, 2009 Report Posted May 31, 2009 I have two sets of A arms I've been kinda wondering about... Both are +2 +1 chrome.. One set is made by Lonestar and the other by Quicksand... I would love the run the Lonestar's, but they are kinda beat down... Anyhow, what I have noticed is that the Lonestar's upper A arm is positioned exactly above the lower A arm, giving it 0 degrees of caster... Where as the Quicksand upper A arm is back a bit giving it quite a bit of caster.. Now, I know from 4x4's this is a good thing to help keep the front end tracking straight down the road... I have heard of dragsters doing this same thing... My question is... What would be the benefits of running either, and what application would each serve... Any feedback would be appreciated... Thanks... Quote
SandRageShee Posted May 31, 2009 Report Posted May 31, 2009 sell me a set cheap and i will release my knowledge to you haha Quote
ohiobanshee Posted May 31, 2009 Report Posted May 31, 2009 The farther back the top of the spindle is laid helps high speed stability but decreases turning ability. Stock caster is around 7deg dragbikes run 15deg. Quote
