ok i just got a set of cylinders with 68mm big bore sleeves already pressed in and was wondering if anyone who has installed these has had to do some porting to line up the transfers holes in the sleeve to the jugs???? mine dont line up 30% of my transfer holes are plugged by the jug but intake and exhaust line up perfect both cylinders look the same / im not sure which brand 404 it is either / any help is appreciated

this is barry, the guy you got the cylinders from. the kid i got them from told me it was a vito's kit if that helps at all. good luck

Resleeving cylinders generally always requires matching up the ports after they are set. This is especially true if your cylinders were ported before the sleeve job. Get ahold of a builder and have it done.

if its a vitos kit, maybe have them do the porting work on it??

Any builder can match up the new sleeves, I wouldn't recommend paying what Vito's likely wants for that service.

yeah i wouldnt pay vitos for that either they are expensive lol my transfers are off by 4mm and i was just going to try and match them up
