banshee35005 Posted May 21, 2009 Report Posted May 21, 2009 ok i just got a set of cylinders with 68mm big bore sleeves already pressed in and was wondering if anyone who has installed these has had to do some porting to line up the transfers holes in the sleeve to the jugs???? mine dont line up 30% of my transfer holes are plugged by the jug but intake and exhaust line up perfect both cylinders look the same / im not sure which brand 404 it is either / any help is appreciated Quote

Wildcardracing Posted May 21, 2009 Report Posted May 21, 2009 Resleeving cylinders generally always requires matching up the ports after they are set. This is especially true if your cylinders were ported before the sleeve job. Get ahold of a builder and have it done. Quote
