It was doing it when i got it and since then i have rebuilt it with different cylinders, new reeds, shaved head, reed spacers, boost bottle and cleaned the carbs and sync em repact the exhaust cleaned inspected the intake boots all new gaskets. I went .20 over vitos carbon fiber reeds fmf gold series exhaust with 200 or 210 mains but the noise happens after you pretty much get it warm and its like a woof or a puff its hard to explain and even harder to figure out but it does it kinda mid rpm and low rpm only on acceleration but any help would be cool

is it missing? what fuel are you running? when was the last time the plugs where changed or looked at...and what kind of intake are you running...it better be with the stock intake with the lid on if you running 210 mains...

Could also be described as a "pop" or chop sound instead of a woof? If you did all that work yourself, I'd hate to point out the obvious, but have you looked at the slides at all?

"high test fuel"? what's that? reading this, first thing that comes to mind, is igniting in the exhaust. could be caused by running the wrong fuel or misfire, but since it's more than one bike, i'd suspect the fuel. you should only run 93 octane on stock timing and compression.
