new engine, need helps with domes and timing

ive bought a new top end off a member and am in need of some help to determine what domes and timing i will be able to run with my available fuel of 98 octane and being between sea level and 300 feet.

 

engine is:

4mill

k&T mid range dune ported 66.25mm bore with blaster pistons

33pwks

t5s

 

also, with this setup what rough power can i expect?

Try 20cc domes and +4 timing, but do a comp. check once its all set up

do you know your exhaust port height? it's more about a safe compression ratio. mabey the birthday boy will chime in with the right ratio off the top of his head. if you do a search, i believe someone had a link to the calculator
