Swing arm extension

hey whats up everybody. I'm new, I was wondering everybody's input on swing arm extension. whats better a/j-arm extension or swing arm extension? I know if i do the swing arm I need a new chain or can i extend the one I have now. does it consist of different mounting to the frame or the axle?

First question, how good is your medical insurance?

 

Second, get + a-arms or a + swinger that's already as long as you would need, do not go with an extend-a kit IMO
