3 hours on Shee

I just picked up a 06 Shee with only a few hours on it.....is their even a break in time on a Shee, or can i start modding and riding hard? How often should I change my Gear oil? Klotz?

if its a 2006 im sure its plenty broken in. ride it like you stole it. you can start modding it out any time you want. be prepared to start dropping a lot of money into it though!

 

changing gear oil depends on how often you ride. i really cant see any reason to change it more than once a month or so. i never have. for gear oil i run cheap advance auto parts 10w40 motor oil. never had an issue but then again i run a lockup in my bike.

 

i dont think you can go wrong with belreay gear savers though.

 

as for premix, i would recommend klotz at 40:1. its a good mix thats not too rich but also will keep the cylinders lubed well. i run it in my 10mm cub with no issues and have run it in many other engine setups.

 

what kind of mods are you wanting to do? what kind of riding do you do?

I live about an hour and a half from Little Sahara...so mostly ride there. so far my bike has CPI pipes, and Pods......i'd like to get vforce reeds and a noss head. yeah ive heard klotz is awesome!
