Cases

Sort of like the title says, looking for a set of cases that I can use as a test bed for degreeing cylinders for porting. That means, busted chain sections etc are okay. As long as it will hold a crank properly and will accept cylinders like normal then I think it should work. Going to be honest, not looking to spend a bunch, just a shortcut idea I have. Cranks too?

[Building my First]

I have a useable set of cases, has a crack under the sprocket but doesn't reach the trans. I also have a crank I got off ebay last year, was supposed to be rebuilt ( just needed to be trued), one rod is new but the other bearings need replaced. $100 shipped for both.
